Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you cancel

We hope that, once you have booked a class, you will be able to attend it. But we understand that sometimes, unexpected things can happen and you may need to cancel.

To inform us of a cancellation, please email us at hello@bestkepthealth.co with your original booking details. The more notice you can give us of the cancellation, the better.

Instead of cancelling, you can choose to transfer the booking to another Best Kept Health Class, depending on availability.

If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the class and you do not wish to transfer to attend a later class, you will receive a full refund. We will refund your payment through Stripe within 7 days of receiving notice of your cancellation.

If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of the class and you do not wish to transfer to attend a later course, you will still receive a full refund only if we are able to fill your place. We will make reasonable endeavours to do this. If we are unable to fill your place, we will refund 50% of the cost of the course to you. We will refund you via Stripe within 7 days after the date of the relevant course.

If you cancel 48h or less in advance you will not receive a refund but you will be allowed to transfer to another class, depending on availability.

If you fail to attend

If you fail to attend a class without giving us any prior warning, no refund will be given.

If we cancel the class

If we have to cancel a class you have booked, we will inform you of the fact as soon as is practicable and we will either provide a full refund or transfer you onto a later class, whichever you prefer.

We will refund your payment through Stripe within 7 days of giving you notice of cancellation.
