In this hands on workshop, you will learn about the principles of fermentation and why eating this wonder foods is so important to be in good mental and physical health.
You will also be making your own Sauerkraut and Rubykraut, because the best way to learn is to get your hands dirty! All materials for this workshop will be supplied, all you need to bring is a 500ml clip top jar.
Lacto-fermented snacks and drinks will also be served at the end of the class.
